What we collect
Your phone number and name (used to verify you and pass rental requests to shops), your rental requests, reviews, and saved items. We never store card details — payment happens directly between you and the shop.
How we use it
To deliver your rental request to the shop you chose, keep you updated on its status, and improve the service. We do not sell your data, and we share it with no one except the shop you contact.
Deleting your data
Message us on Instagram @rentmatch.th to delete your account and all associated data. We complete deletions within 30 days.
